Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky Attempting to Overturn Roe vs. Wade

Republican Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky is sponsoring legislation that would effectively overturn Roe vs. Wade and would make abortion-on-demand illegal in the United States. Townhall.com sent out emails from Senator Paul that said the following:

 By defining where life begins, Senator Paul says that congress can in effect, bypass the Roe vs. Wade ruling.
 
Much debate exists between pro-life and pro-abortion supporters as to when life begins. The HOLY BIBLE gives a very clear explanation of where life begins.In Jeremiah 1:5, the Lord proclaims,"Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.
In Psalms 139 verses 13 and 16,King David said this about God's role in our conception: "For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb . . . your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be". Just from these two verses, the conclusion can be drawn that it is never God's plan for an infant to be extracted and killed before birth. In Amos Chapter 1 verse 13 the prophet Amos says,"Thus saith the Lord; 'For three transgressions of the children of Ammon, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they have ripped up the women with child of Gilead'".
 
For those that refuse to turn to God's word for guidance on this issue, the clip below clearly shows that fingers and toes,complete with nails are clearly formed by week 12 of a child's development. At week 16, the child has a clearly defined face.
 
 
 
While testifying in front of Congress, obstetrician Anthony Levatino stated that most mothers feel kicking of the child at around 20 weeks. He gives a rather gruesome description of what happens during the performance of an abortion in the clip below.
 
 
 
 
 
 In Psalms 127:3, the Bible tells us,
"Truly children are a gift from the Lord; the fruit of the womb is a reward". It is indeed a travesty, each and every time one of God's gifts is destroyed.
