Since the days of President Jimmy Carter the United States of America Republic has experienced an ebb and flow of Constitutional dilution. Seemingly each period of dilution seems to stick a little bit eroding the First Principles of the Founding Fathers’ Original Intent of America’s Constitutional government. Constitutional dilution happens under the governance of the Democratic Party. Constitutional retrieval which always seems never to retake all the Constitutional ground eviscerated by the Democrats occurs under Republican governance.
Here are some observations of this phenomenon from Mark Alexander.
