The Cause of the Problem
Well, the cause of the problem is, that we now have Democracy, which is a CORPORATE rule. It began in 1871 when the District of Columbia incorporated, and several years later it reorganized as the UNITED STATES corporation. That corporation has citizens who are called US citizens. That was done because when the reps of 7 southern States walked out of Congress in 1860, the Congress lost its authority, and even being recalled by Lincoln under his war powers, didn't restore its authority. So in order for the Congress to regain its authority over Americans, they incorporated the government, and passed the 14th Amendment to create corporate (US) citizens for themselves, over which they'd have authority.
Things further deteriorated in 1933, when we lost our Lawful money currency, which was replaced by Federal Reserve Notes, and made the feds the third party to each transaction.
You're still born as the citizen of the United States of America (a man), but the moment you accept a Birth Certificate, you become a corporate US citizen (a legal fiction). That's why the gov. spells your name in ALL CAPS, and never asks you if you're a man or woman, only male or female.
And because we now have a corporate government, and not a government of Men and Women, things are getting worse. You just can't expect a corporate government to care about this country; they only care about power and tax revenue.
And as I've mentioned before, the way back to the Republic, is through restoring Lawful money as currency of United States. Other than that, you can withraw your contracts with the US corporation, but since the courts are CORPORATE courts, they'd then have no lawful authority over you, and sparks would fly if they tried to assert their jurisdiction over you.
