Greetings Great American Patriots!
A little over a week ago we launched the new website for The Conservative Underground. The website is a social network just for conservatives. In just those few short days we've gained some 800 members. A great start to rebuilding the conservative movement.
Many of you came from the facebook page created a few months ago. That page has grown to over 8,000 members. Facebook however does have limitations, therefore I created http://www.TCUnation.com. This site is for all of US.
I have received many emails regarding “What can I do” or “I am willing to help” which is great. We are answering them as fast possible and will certainly find a spot for those willing to jump in and help with the site. We also keep a “Help Wanted” section on the homepage.
There is more to The Conservative Underground than being just another social network. I started it so WE can begin rebuilding the conservative party. You say, well the GOP or Republican party is the party that stands for conservative principles. Generally yes, but we need to make sure the new leaders in the GOP will adhere to conservative principles. We must also stand in opposition to those who go against our principles. A tall order these days.
For me personally I am not excited about the outlook for our country. Just turn on the news! Even scarier, I have 3 children that will grow up in a country I am gravely concerned. This is why I created The Conservative Underground. I'm not perfect, can't recite history books and my spelling stinks. I'm just a regular American who's ready to get OUR country back.
You ask, “what can one person do?” Well, you are reading this along with 800+ other members from a site that didn't exist two weeks ago. This will also go out to 8,000 members on our facebook page only 3 months old. So from my little home office and a laptop I am reaching 8000+ people with a message.
There is strength in numbers. That is a powerful and true statement. We lost the election, but only by a small margin. Remember, 50+ million people voted for McCain. Actually this may be a positive, in that we can take the time to get our own party back on track!
So what can you do?
Pledge to recruit at least 5 people to join The Conservative Underground, explain our mission and encourage them to recruit 5 people.
That's all I am asking. I'll do the rest :-)
Just think if all 800 of you could recruit 5 people to join, and encourage those 5 to do the same. That's 20,000 members! One step further 100,000, then 500,000... You get the picture.
How long would it take to send an email telling a friend about TCU, five minutes? Isn't the future of our country and our children worth just a few minutes of your time? The time to act is now. We have a long road ahead but we do have time. Two years from now it will be too late.
The future of TCU? It's partly up to you. In my mind, this is the tip of the iceberg of where OUR site is headed. I have many plans for new content, activities, contest etc..., to help spread the conservative message. But I encourage you to jump in with your own talents and ideas.
We have almost two years before the next election. Let's not sit back, wait, and pull a lever and say we did our part. Our country has been there for us for over 200 years, now it's our turn to step up to the plate in her time of need. Trust me, the opposition is not going away and in fact seeks to silence anyone standing in their way.
WE are in this together.
THE time to act is now.
PEOPLE are the foundation for our country, not the government.

i would like to see the word christian added to the name.our freedoms are being attacked on every front and more importantly our christian liberty's are being taken right before our very eyes.if the President can take away our Freedoms he has succeeded in his bid to become the czar of the Free world.elections have consequences.

What would God have us do? Fight, yes....and realize there are some important points of PROPHECY that WILL COME ABOUT, else God would not have outlined them in the Bible, such as the Rapture, World War III, the Tribulation Period, and of course, Satan's NWO government rising in these last days.
We need each other, prayer, the presence and guidance of the Holy Spirit, and to put our feet to action when needed. DO NOT LET THESE MURDERING TYRANTS, THE GLOBAL ELITE, PUSH US AROUND. WE WON'T ACCEPT THEIR VIRUS VACCINES!! WE WON'T ACCEPT THEIR OPPRESSION. PRAYER AND GOD'S POWER IN THESE LAST DAYS BEFORE THE RAPTURE SHALL PREVAIL!!

I talk with my neighbors and co workers about what's going on in Washington and almost all of them are concerned. But they're not doing anything about it! As a matter of fact, some of them think I'm complicating my life worrying about this stuff! Like Edmund Burke said "All that is required for evil to prevail is for good men to do nothing." WE NEED TO ACT NOW! I will be attending any Town Halls held here in the Denver area and let my thoughts be known. I encourage everyone lee to do the same.

Yes, people are mad as hell and we need to do something about it. The federal deficit went to 915 billion in just 6 months, thats double what the Bush administration was so highly criticized for. Obama has appointed 32 Czars! Just who does he think he is and what country does he think he is in! The first 100 days in office Obama has taken control of our banking industry, fired CEO's of the auto industry, appointed execs. with no experience and taken over the car industry. He's trying to pass bills to eliminate the Second Amendment to bear arms. Now he wants to take over our health care and tell me where to go and what procedure will be done on me after I waited 9 months in line. The cap and trade bill if passed will tell you what temperature you have to keep your house at, put the coal industry out of business and it will increase you electric bill by the hundreds. Don't forget about TAX, TAX, TAX you, so he can support all the dead beats that voted for him. OBAMA MUST GO, but so must all the conservatives that voted to embezzle 2.4 trillion of our social security trust fund. Term limits must be set in Congress to prevent all the corruption. I will be in DC with the Tea Party Express on 9/12. It's time for an American Revolution!

I must admit Earl I am scared to death of where our Country is going. I have recently joined an organization call Americans for Prosperity. This movement is just starting to get off the ground. The first meeting was held on August 9, 2009 in Towson Maryland. The next meeting is going to be Monday the 10 of August at the Towson State University. I am so looking forward to going to the next meeting. I enjoyed the gathering and am going to be and advocate for the Conservatives in my State. I wish I could do more to enlighten those who believe that President Obama is doing things for the good of this coundry, but Im not at this time able to convince them the he isnt. That dishartens me grately. I have many Democratic friends whom I have tried to convince that the present Administration is killing our country and our freedom. If I can in any way be of assistance to you or your cause please dont hesitate to let me know. Thank You

Finally!!!!!!!! and thank!!!!!! I've been looking for a website IN Louisiana where people share my same thoughts and concerns for our country. There's no doubt we're are being taken down the wrong path with the Obama administration. Never before have I been so involved in the daily news and what out Congress, Senate, President and Czars have in store for us next.
"We the people" must stand up and keep these people in check.
Has anyone heard about the 9/12 march in Washington DC and is anyone attending? I will try........but if not, I say we take it to our capital.......same day.......same time. Anyone have comments on this??? Thank you for letting me share in this website.....

I always thought I was patriot, but never have I been so more informed or cared more deeply for this wonderful Country then I have since this last election. I was really mad when Bush won , but I am scared now that Obama has. His policies drive me nuts ...Why can't more Americans see the light? It baffles me to tears. Pick a subject and this man shows to me NO Love of America ...He is ashamed of this country. Is he illegal? Why won't he show his papers and put the questions behind him. Why was the soldier fired? Questions upon questions about this man and his gremlins.
