U.S. Cabinet Departments (15 to 7) (Proposed)

FEDERAL LEVEL (Combined)

 1. Department of State; (Reduce staff 20% Eliminate Foreign Aide, Make Voluntary)

2. Department of the Treasury; (Reduce 20% and adopt a free-market Economic System, also for World Bank/IMF/EU)

3. Department of Defense and Veteran Affairs; (Reduce 50% in contracts, Base Review outside US to release Porto Rico, Samoa and Guam as Territories)

4. Department of Justice: Attorney General; (Reduce staff 20%)

5. Department of Energy and Transportation; (Reduce programs 20%)

6. Department of Interior & Agriculture (Reduce programs 20%)

7. Department of Homeland Security (Combine all Intelligence Agencies) (3 tier)


STATE LEVEL (Combined) (Allocate to State level with budget not to exceed $1 Billion dollars each department for each State)
1 Department of Commerce, Labor and Housing Developement;(Reduce programs 20%)
1 Department of Health, Education & Human Services; (Reduce programs 20%)

ABOLISH; All Unions from All Government Service. Reduce UN Funding from 22% to 12%.
