Wow the Libs are right!

I was doing some research on a stimulus package article I was writing and came across something in the Declaration of Independence that may prove the libs are right. I highlighted the section that really stood out.

I mean, is that just basic cable, or could that also be interpreted to include ESPN and HBO? And what about the whole adult-channel issue that raises?
